Return Policy

Where Passion Meets Photography Excellence

Candid Photography Club Canada return policy states that event fees, membership dues, and submission fees are non-refundable, except when the organization cancels an event, offering credits or rescheduling options. Workshop registrations can be transferred with prior notice. Refunds for damaged or defective products are available within 14 days with proof of damage. Withdrawals from competitions and refunds for altered or opened products are not eligible. Participation in events or purchases implies agreement with these terms.


1. Event Fees and Membership Dues


Non-Refundable Fees:

All event fees, membership dues, and competition entry fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made for membership, events, workshops, or competition entries, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This includes the submission fees for exhibitions, competitions, and other paid events.


Exception to Non-Refundable Policy:

If by any chance Candid photography Canada INC canceled a competition, those who have paid for that round will be given the opportunity to participate in the next upcoming competition of a same/similar criteria, instead of being refunded.


2. Workshops, Classes, and Photowalks


Workshop/Photowalk Fees:

Workshop, class, and photowalk fees are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event.


Cancellations by the Club:

If Candid Photography Canada INC cancels or reschedules a workshop, class, or photowalk, we will offer a full refund or provide a credit for future events.


3. Refunds for Products or Purchases


Product Purchases (if applicable):

If you purchase physical products (such as prints, merchandise, or other tangible items) through Candid Photography Canada INC, and the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, and provide proof of the damage (e.g., photos) for us to process the return.


Exclusions for Refunds:

Refunds or exchanges are not available for products that are used, opened, or altered. Please ensure that the items are returned in the original condition, including packaging.


4. Submission Fee Refunds


No Refunds for Submission Fees:

Please note that once you have submitted your entry for a competition or exhibition, submission fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether your image is selected or not.


Withdrawal from Competitions:

If you choose to withdraw your entry from a competition, we are unable to refund any submission fees.


5. How to Request a Refund


For Workshops, Events, and Classes:

If you are seeking a refund or to transfer your registration to another person, please contact us via email at info@candidphotographyclub.com with your registration details at least 48 hours prior to the event date.


For Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@candidphotographyclub.com with photos of the damaged product and your order information. We will process the return or exchange promptly.
